Vendor Terms

1. Purpose These Vendor Terms govern our relationship with service resellers, partners, or vendors who offer Engage services to third parties. 2. Vendor Responsibilities Accurately represent Engage features and pricing. Ensure your clients comply with WhatsApp and Engage’s policies. Provide first-level customer support before escalating to us. 3. Pricing and Payment Vendors may receive discounted pricing as per separate agreements. Payment terms are as per the Vendor Agreement or invoice terms. 4. Compliance Vendors must adhere to all applicable laws, Meta/WhatsApp terms, and our Acceptable Use Policy. 5. Brand Usage Use of Engage branding and marketing materials must be pre-approved. 6. Termination We may revoke vendor status for breaches of terms, non-payment, or reputational harm.
