Description of Service Engage provides businesses access to the official WhatsApp Business API for sending, receiving, and managing messages with customers, subject to Facebook/Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy. 3. Eligibility You must be a registered business and comply with all applicable laws and the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service. 4. Account Registration You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 5. Usage Rules Use the Service only for lawful business communication. Do not send spam, unsolicited messages, or prohibited content as defined in WhatsApp’s Commerce and Business Policies. Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of service. 6. Fees and Payment Fees are billed according to your subscription plan. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. 7. Service Availability We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or third-party outages. 8. Data and Privacy We process your data according to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data but grant us the right to process and transmit it as required for service delivery. 9. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or applicable laws. 10. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last three months of service use. 11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
